Bugs
Loving the mod, however in the latest update, the "To one side" skew option doesn't seem to work properly. at least not with map reroll. In my tests the angle changes things, but skew does not, at least not in a meaningful way.

Since I can't seem to comment I figured I'd start a discussion for potential issues

I've tested with just the Harmony, Hugslib, Map Designer & Map Reroll

Thank you, that issue should be fixed as of today's update.

The slider for the "to one side" skew amount was linked to the value for the "down the middle" skew amount.

I seem to be running into an issue where no ores generate after I use Map Reroll. The initial map is fine but any I generate with Map Reroll are just solid stone. On the other hand if I remove Map Designer and just use Map Reroll then it works just fine and ores generate as usual.

New compatibility issue I hadn't seen before: When playing with the ice mod I've never really had an issue until I tried the oxbow setting. When spring came and the ice melted it took out the natural mountain stone three block deep around the river but left the stone tiles beneath the natural stone behind. Its like it thought they mountain was ice and deleted it.

The geyser spawn rate slider doesn't seem to do anything. I can set it to 1x and get two geysers and when I set it to 6x I get no geysers at all. Aside from Map Reroll I'm not using any map-relatied or geyser-related mods.

No, but after a lot of experimentation I think it was just a fluke. I repeated the process 10 times with 10 different seeds and I got 0 Geysers 5 times, 1-2 Geysers 3 times and 3-6 Geysers 2 times. The two times I got a lot of Geysers were both in Temperate Forest biomes, but I can't find any info online that might suggest Geysers should be more prevalent in that biome by default.
Nothing concrete but if anyone feels like doing more testing with geysers I'd be interested in the results.

Oxbows, forked rivers, and confluences will usually lack flow data. This is a known issue that I lack the skill to fix, unfortunately. The rivers should still generate properly, aside from some areas of still water.
Have an issue where rerolling the map with a custom river causes said river and its riverbanks to jut out the coastline into the ocean on my map. I've never had this before and idk what's causing it. I don't have a solution beyond using devmode to manually remove the offending parts and manually shortening the river.

I have an issue where I can not close the settings if I open it from the map preview. It only happens when I use a preset.

With certain settings can generate animals (A LOT) inside of rock.

Report I did when investigated performance issues with another mod, but found, that mainly it caused by my maps being perforated af by animals inside of mountains, which creates a lot of holes, which updates everytime. Here is my thoughts and .log files.

Somehow my map in main save file not affected.
Most likely this problem happens when here is too much mountains (probably near point, where more than 60% of map is mountains, since my current save have only 40% (or 50% I forgot) of map as mountain). For sure, as map settings are always saved for next map generations, changed gen settings for almost unaffected vanilla (by vanilla preset), vanilla preset doesn't have such problems, but I barely tested it.
