No FPS difference with the mod.
I am not seeing any boost. I was hovering between 10-15 fps before and I am still at that same range.

I am using the Nvidia FPS overlay (if there is a better one please let me know)

This is my rig...

* OS: Windows 10 (64-Bit)
* Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12-Core (Water Cooled)
* Motherboard: ROG STRIX X570F Gaming
* RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800)
* Graphics: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 12gb
* Storage: 1TB SSD (Dedicated to Cities Skylines)

I need logs -> load any savegame you want and in-game go to the options find FPS Booster options and click on Collect logs. Post that zip file somewhere (will be saved on Desktop) - dropbox, google drive, one drive or any other free file hosting

BTW. don't forget to enable PatchLoader mod. FPS Booster creates indicator in main menu when it works. You can also check mod status in options

First of all (from your log):
Animator.GotoState: State could not be found (spam) - probably broken asset animation
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at RailwayMod.StationTrackSelection.FpsBoosterUpdate () - something is wrong with RailwayMod and that the main FPS killer - missing/disable asset or mod dependency?
The latter error is spamming half of the log (~80k lines of errors)

Also there is something wrong with PO fonts, in facti it shouldn't cause fps drop, just may not work as expected.

Summarizing, one of the above broken assets is the issue.

Hmmm which railway mod I wonder. I removed railway replacer mod and I also removed the assets above and all PO fonts to be safe. I will report back once the game loads (takes about 15 minues).

How do i find that in a local directory?

I have removed as much garbage as I can here is the most recent log. Still no improvement with the mod running.

I deleted the contents of my workshop folder in an attempt to remove any cruft of old assets and mods that no longer exist on the workshop from the game. Still no substantial increase in FPS. But no more errors on LSM.

OK... nothing special, besides those weird animation errors.
I assume you run that savegame for few minutes before collecting logs?
You can also share that savegame - there are some steam WS issues so it may not work right now :/
