Сразу скажу возможен конфликт с аддоном на волгу от шверга,не проверял но возможно волги просто не будет так как шкода сделана на ее базе.

I need a SEAT Leon FR on GMod, there are no mods for it. (Azok30 made a regular Leon instead.)

Sorry,better ask schwerg,he create pretty good addons with custom models,but unfortunately for the money.
I create skoda addons basically for my knowledge in addons. I quit adapting to simphys a long time ago,sorry

META: garrysmods(dot)org/download/60284/1000-sub-pack In this very old TDM pack, the Audi TT uses Sped's RS 5/TT RS sounds (kinda).

I can’t say anything about not simfphys cars.I tried to make a jeep 1 time,one time it happened but I did not understand how, I'm sorry

It’s easier to understand for yourself, but without 2 kg of fun stuff, it’s unlikely to come out. I personally did not find guides
