Audio working, visuals not
So i got the mod, and i can tell when a tank is coming because Smash Mouth starts playing and the tank yells, "What are you doing in my swamp?!" But when i see the tank, it's just a normal tank. I don't know what's going on...

I have the same problem and this is the first mod I ever got so I'm new to everything. I also use a mac.. if that helps..

That's normal. Your computer's specs can't handle Shrek, so your game is loading the normal tank model to prevent your PC from experiencing an Ogreload.

cant be because of mac i play on steam deck but i have the same prob

actually I found the solution if your model doesn't show

you need to place this addon in ADDONS folder instead of WORKSHOP


from
Z:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop

to
Z:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

this does not change the L4D1 Tank model only L4D2 tanks (yes its different models)
