1. Find the sound you want
2. If it's anything besides a .ogg, you want to convert it via any converting program (I use Audacity)
3. Do the usual setup for making mods, except make a folder called "sound". (Basically, copy the directory for the sounds via the data .jar except put in your sounds)
Tell me if you're confused, I'll probably make a guide for this.

I'd actually recommend stealing this and learning from it, not directly steal the content though.
