I managed to fix it on my side.
It seems the path of the item is not exactly correct.
In my case, I had to:
1. go to the mod folder of the item i wanted to add, open the blueprint file with notepad++ (in my case it was: PrimalGameData_BP_RepairKit.uasset)
2. find a line of text with the following:
/Game/Mods/RepairKit/PrimalGameData_BP_RepairKit
3. then i placed the following in the edit box of the shop:
"Blueprint'/Game/Mods/RepairKit/PrimalItem_RepairKit.PrimalItem_RepairKit'"
(see how it says /RepairKit/ ? I was putting the id there instead)
I was using the mod id in the path name and it would cause it to break.
I hope that helps :O
