the building between the City and Coastal fort, inside there is a box that keeps dissapearing and appearing

I encounter this error:
Error Vertex File for 'props_wasteland/exterior_fence002c.mdl' checksum -1193054033 should be -136092639
once per frame, most of the time.
I guess it stand together with one of the fences at the gate of the base at the water.
