Just Portraits: Possibly More: Ideas Wanted
This is just portraits, but I remember the days of Playable Unbidden. I tried rolling the game version back to 2.1.3 and using that mod, but the game has changed so much (for the better) and I didn't think it was worth missing out on 2.7x

I am currently working on putting together a mod for that play style, but I don't want it to be as powerful. So if anyone has any ideas on a flavorful unbidden style, let me know in this discussion.

I too think it would be awesome for the unbidden shipsets and maybe adding the swarm as playable race

@Rick - It can be messy installing two large race mods with events from two different authors so I understand that desire. I'm still working to sort out unbidden ships, and there are better swarm mods out there than anything I could put together. With Federations out and modded origins you can get a great hive play-style going, admittedly without portraits.
