Individual users can define user convars using command "setinfo convar_name value". In this mutation it can be used to alter bot stealing behaviour.
Example:
if you define cvar nrsb_auto with value "never" automatic bot stealing won't happen when you die. You can add that line to your autoexec.cfg to have that always active. Feel free to ask if you have further questions or suggest more things that can be a user setting
