These commands print stuff into the game log if you have logging enabled (search for the Script Debug Activator mod) and on the screen. They print some useful info when you select a character or a region. Type the command once to enable, and type it again to disable:

• info - prints faction_key, type, subtype, forename, surname for chars, faction_key, region_name for regions
  
• more info - prints unit_keys in the army for chars, building_keys for regions
  
• coords - prints the logical x and logical y coordinates for chars and settlements
  
• comps - prints image paths when you click any UI component, logs the UI hierarchy of that component
  
• dump ui - logs the UI hierarchy
  
• dump ui delay - logs the UI hierarchy, after delay seconds
