update 1.3: No longer able to change waypoint type in HC?
Before right clicking on waypoint pops up menu to change WP type etc, now it only shows "cancel waypoint"
Do those menu get moved somewhere else?

You can use the menus like the normal units Commander
But you need to define the contronls in the options
