If you want your squad to be shown as a HC squad, simply sync the hc subordinate to yourself as well as the hc commander module, tht way you can establish a CPP and use your medic aswell

@JCJatex, I've tried this but its not working anymore? Originally it was working fine but now when I access the CSS menu it only has options 4, 5, 6 to do with maintenance and resupply

This is a separate issue you have to change your keybindings for the mod because they're probably messed up. Check the description of the mod it recommends good settings for the menus.
