Здесь если планируется, то не знаю, это же вроде хитбоксы или как там называется, не знаю, но на некоторых серверах да и в самой игре там что-то по типу домиков и так далее. Можно и здесь по релизу че-нибудь клевое придумать, там, заводы, ну такое, если не планировалось, а то такая пустота брр... ну такое.
Хотел сделать альтернативу временную, но оно слишком не красивое...
Русские сервера постоянно rp_bangclaw или rp_city17_beta
Было бы очень хорошо, если бы наши карты на серверах в России крутили, вот за СНГ я видел сервера на наших картах, но вот в СНГ, нет...

I think that the elevator is too near the city. I think it should farther away from the main road. Maybe in a more "secret" place, or even in some place outside the city itself, like some cannals or outlands.
Things to change completley: I think that weird building with the capsules and the combine generator should be changed completley, as it doesn't make really much sense. This building could be changed into a ration distribution center or a place for the Civil Workers Union to be.
In addition, I think you should change the apartments. Because they are pretty dull and un-interesting. If you want inspiration I think the Half Life 2 apartments and the Industrial 17 apartments are pretty good.
If you don't add a bathroom to each apartment, I advise you to at least add one public bathroom with toilets and showers.
Things to add:
-A hospital
-establishments that people can buy so they can start their own bussinesses
-More apartments
-A sewer system that goes beneath the city and is accesible by different places (With a design similar to the one you have in the small section you have of sewers, because it is awesome).
Things to change in the whole city: I think you should make it all be more like a city. This map is too straight, in the sense that it truly looks like a corridor. You should make it more diverse and interesting. Add more roads, alleways, things like that.
