So I was playing as the Soviet Union, Stalinist path, and when I did the 'Red Finland' focus Finland offered me to become my puppet instead of giving me land. Some time passes, I turn them into an integrated puppet and I get an event which says that Finland wants to join the Soviet Union. I accepted and I instantly annexed them while getting cores on all of their core territories as well. Is this an event from this mod or is it something else?
