as for perfectionist i feel as if it should apply a buff to something like research or something, because research needs to be perfect anyways
At the moment I don't plan to move all the traits to a different mod since the only reason why I created them was because there wasn't any vanilla trait that fit the custom backstories of the AROM faction expansion mods, but as soon as I get in C# coding, I will try to make an option to disable them.
About the Airhead mental break risk, I just did that based on my own life experience. Every person that I've met in my life with any kind of mental issue were really easy to upset, diving into a mental break, usually behaving aggresively.
The perfectionist would, in any case, slow down the research speed, but it's already slowed by the global work stat. I wanted to buff the chance of having higher quality items when constructing/crafting, but didn't find the way for now sadly.
Anyway, if you can't really handle any of the traits, you can easily modify or even delete them in the mod's folder. It may show you an error log but you can ignore it. This is the file you should edit:
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2091267402\1.1\Defs\Traits|Traits.xml
