DLC problem
I dont have the la resistance dlc and apperently it is needed to get the economy button and something else, which is located under the politicians that you can hire. Without this, My treassuary has a -2000% debuff, so that I go bankrupt very quickly after a year or two. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem?

download a cracked version of the dlc but you have to reduce gui scale to make the buttons visbile, thats not the dlc
