Maybe this should be a place of spirituality
I mean it would make sense for the SSRS to replace churches with places that teach science. And for a soviet citizen whose life is mundane the experience of seeing planets would be probably more spiritual than just sitting in a room and listening. I mean you're literally seeing the stars and planets for the first time.
But anyway thank you for making this.

I don't think so. The soviet government is opposed to religion, and base-game mechanics already function around that (radio/TV ,discourage religion' stat), so if you make a planetarium a place of spirituality, technically you'd be wasting resources.

I don't think it should be a place of spirituality. I really want see nore of these refitted religious buildings that are now sports grounds.

Soviet government repurposed churches to serve the communal good. I know churches that were ice-skating rings or thathad the floor removed to make place for a swimming pool. After the church was returned to the Church, the swimming pool could not be removed beceuse it would mean that the building might collapse. So they filled the pool with concrete and it is still a bit sunken down.

The only things I would consider using for this building are Culture or Education. I'm making some new schools/uni's soon so I chose culture as Cinema is the closest thing we have to it's intended purpose. Religion I will leave to churches. Thanks for your comment though :-)
