Stats overall need to be toned down.
She's far too fast and has way too much mobility.
So far, that seems to be the only issues.

my only complaint is that D-Special doesnt seem to work most of the time. imo id either make it so you only need to absorb 1 projectile to "???" or make the period where you absorb projectiles last longer. cause as is; its really tedious to time Dspecial to absorb an attack, then having to do it 3 times is just annoying

feels like ice climbers from melee.... JK there is way more kill options and no grabs XD.
Otherwise is very BALAnCED

Her Forward Smash doesn't give her vulnerability when parried, so she can just spam FSmash without consequences of being parried.

This character really needs a tone down in air game, there is a general stats sheet that you can look up that gives the stats of every character in the base cast which can give you an idea on how her air game should be; you can find it by looking up "rivals of aether general stats"

this character was made for zoning and air warfare.... If I'm not mistaken from battle cats.. :/
so it makes sense that they are good in the air

Sometimes replays desync with this character.
