As for the lagging issue.. I'm not exactly sure what could be causing it, though I did update the mod earlier today, maybe there were bugs which I didn't know about, but I did some limited testing just now without any issues. Please, do let me know if the mod still causes lag issues.
Just a pointer, it seems (not sure though) to happen when I start the industrial grinder in order to give mad EXP to all my dinos. I have maybe about 20 dinos in range in my base.
It takes a very long time for the EXP to actually show up, so that's what I think this is, the mod distributes way too much EXP gains at the same time and can't keep up.
I will try to remove the EXP gains from generic/passive exp, maybe that's would help?
So the config should look like this:
[RiderlessXP]
ExperienceSharingDistance=6000.0
HideBuffIconFromHUD=True
SharedExpMultiplier=0.75
ExpShareTypes=kill,harvest,craft,special
AutoTurretsShareExp=False
TurretExpMultiplier=0.75
So basically just remove the "generic" word (with coma) from the line "ExpShareTypes".
Really a shame, I love this mod and hope that it is possible to fix it. Maybe in the form of a structure with a fixed range in which the dinosaurs have to stand in order to receive the shared XP?
QcDarkNinja posted a small fix in the configs which is to disable "generic" experience by removing it from the ExPShareTypes. I feel like this should be off by default, as that in itself should fix the mod. If crafting things such as the fabricator also lags them out, then try removing "craft" from there as well. Then they will get kill, harvest, and special experience from each other and you.
