Placement Issues
When I enable this mod, for some reason the game restricts where I am able to place staff on the map, as well as where I am able to build foundations. If I'm dragging a foundation, it will randomly disappear and cease to build if I let go of the left mouse.

that happens to me sometimes what i do is start a new prison and if that dosent work i unsub. then launch and then make a new prison THEN re sub and then load it and make a new prison...again if that dosent work idk
