I think a long and have to ask
I'm very confused from your image about that poin I wanted: U-Turn. In your image has U-Turn, but in your descriptions I can't see that.

Can this mod create U-Turn??? Or add this function to mod???

Because now only TMPE can do that, but on junction. So if we can add U-Turn to anywhere of road, that will be very great!

With Node Controller you can (to say it simple) call the U-turn function of TM:PE on any place of a segment and create them there. Logically with the normal game limitations that vehicles no driving very nicely through U-turns
