When you subscribe to it, go to SFM's files "workshop\scripts\sfm" and you should see "setup_skin_bodygroups_animation.py". Copy this file and go to SFM's files "game\platform\scripts\sfm\animset" and paste it here. Then in SFM, right click on the model and apply a rig called "setup_skin_bodygroups_animation". It only works on models with multiple skins btw

That's weird, have you tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to the addon?
