I have BM (1.5) Mounted, i have the VJ npcs and everything, i just cant get the npcs to speak a single word, yes, they do move their arms as if they were talking, they just dont talk AT ALL, if someone does have the fix, please share it, thank you.

its because vj npcs dont talk they are just npcs :/ unless they are scripted to talk

because gmod doesnt mount sounds except for models, textures, etc
