Not showing up in game after mounting?
I've mounted the the "bms" folder to my game via the "mount.cfg" folder yet everytime I start the game there is no difference at all, no maps to choose, or any materials to use in sandbox. If anyone did get to mount correctly please let me know what I've done wrong here. It is mounted to the correct path as I've checked. I am at a loss with what to do.

okay so after I uninstalled all my addons and re installed the game it finally works. For those of you who had the same problem, give this a try.

Hey sorry to bump this thread, but I attempted your fix (deleting/uninstalling/unsubscribing mods in the game addons section menu) and I couldn't get it to work... I also tried using the Garry's Mod Mount Manager to mount it that way and still couldn't get it to work... any suggestions?

i have no idea, all i can say that it worked on my machine when i last tried. I don't even have gmod installed anymore so if anyone else can give you some insight, they're welcomed

i think i see the problem
there is a mountdepot.txt folder in garrysmod folder that tells addons or the game whether a game is mounted or not so maby you missed doing that also it is in the facepunch dot com tutorial
