Assuming your using the default hl2rp schema, you can whitelist yourself by typing /plywhitelist <Your name> <faction> so for example : /plywhitelist elmer civil protection then go to create and go to civil protection. Use /plytransfer <Your name> <faction> to change the persons faction there and then.

I could not find the plugin for this, hope it could help.
