I desinstalled the episodic addons, and the model's changed, but the textures are missing, how can I fix this?

If you downloaded a Half Life 2 content pack online (including it's episodes), then this is most likely what is causing the replacement to not appear in game as the zombie models from the content pack are overriding the zombie replacement.

This can be fixed by going into your addons folder in Garry's Mod, find your Half Life 2 content pack and deleting the zombie model files in the content pack. And don't worry, the default zombie model is in Garry's Mod anyways, so you don't have to worry about missing textures if you delete the files.

You don't have to delete the sounds. This worked for me, and it should work for any other replacement addon.

If this doesn't solve the solution, then there is probably something wrong with your game, or you're just not doing this right.

then where is the mounted contents folder? (im not talking about cfg) I have nothing about hl2 content packs in addons folder

also having this problem, I tried to disable all of my addons except for the replacer and it didnt work.
