Wearer's sex isn't put into consideration while editing Rimworld Ideology faction believes. A whole "AFU hairstyles" section is considered non-binary - all hairstyles can be worn both by male and female pawns.

If there are any.. more "liberate" players - they can reform whole AFU section with mere 2 intuitive mouse clicks, while everyone else is obliaged to edit sex requirement for each haircut separately which can take up to few minutes on something that is supposed to be set up by default
