whenever i hit play on my animation it closes sfm (i have not moved the character in sfm)do i have to move the character before i hit play?sorry if the answer is obvious i am new to sfm.edit i started animating the model and it still crashes

I don't think that's a model error. Model never looked so high poly when I ported him, so that's probably just SFM being retarded.
