Where's the textures and... why so laggy?
If there's an addon that can fix both of these two things, please reply

the purpose of the map is to use dev textures, so it has only dev textures
and for the lags, phys maps can't be optimized so the fps you have depends only the power of your computer (if you have too many addons it can also decrease the fps a lot)

for the textures just use a tool to change the texture
