There's websites that give you the Textures for the game. I'm not gonna tell you what they're called cus I promote buying the games. but they're out there. Unzip the files if they're encrypted, and put the texture files in the gmod addon folders in Steamapps.

Then you're probably using the wrong site. I know the website I used to get L4D2 and Ep 2 textures still works

try extracting them into addons?

Try to download the content packs of the games from internet but I don't know if it works
