I hope it's okay to start a new discussion, I don't see a general bug report section. Anyway, it seems like the detailed complex jobs (for example, in nursing how you can change the priorities of feeding patients or cheering patients up) don't save. I'll put the detailed job settings in and then close out of the work tab and it immediately resets the detailed jobs back to the level of the job itself.
