Those tasks may seem like duplicates but in the files they are actually two separate tasks. Delivering has a construction and a hauling version. One is for constructors so they can deliver resources to make constructions the other is for haulers to deliver stuff. If I changed the construction one your constructors would no longer deliver resources and would instead require the deliver worktype or wait around for someone else to do it. While this could be good in some ways I think its best how it is. If you want stuff constructed first I'd suggest forcing them or using a mod like Quality Builder.
The feeding task is the same situation there's two versions one for doctors and one for animal handlers. I'm not entirely certain why you'd want doctors and handlers to feed animals it might just be a safety net kind of thing. Either way I think it's best left alone.
