So I was spawning and playing around with some NPCs in On a Rail (I don't have the Chapter Overhaul installed). I was using a command (npc_create npc_human_scientist) to spawn the NPCs, I randomly used it and it spawned a scientist that didn't look like any other character.
As you can see, he looks like an office worker, but has Grey pants. He also has goggles and something that looks like it should be on a lunch lady.
