Download the MAIN FILES and one of the MISC. FILES of your choice and extract all the contents to your Black Mesa custom folder:

Create this folder if it does not exist.

If you are subscribed to Hazard Course, navigate to its Workshop folder at:


and delete the .vpk files starting with hcourse_misc_.

This is to prevent conflicts with Hazard Course's character manifest file - BMCE's directories include Hazard Course's misc files, though!
