A regional counsel is for expanding the military by spreading propaganda about spreading anarchy. So you could either play defensive or offensive.
The other is asking for anarchist decisions to constantly spread rebellions to neighbours. The anarchist tree is already very powerful and so I think that would make it even more so, making anarchist nations unjustifiably strong. So I appreciate the idea but I don't think it is practical to implement.
So, instead of going with stuff like "national anarchism" you could basically just make it seem more militant, since it's pretty much defensive social anarchism and militant individualistic anarchism, it would make more sense to go, so, instead of "national anarchism", it could be "Insurrectionist Influences" or something
It would make sense since the people that you are liberating no longer need to pay taxes, bills etc
No, I don't know what I'm asking in terms of work, but if it's easy, I'd love to use it.
Thanks for a primo mod!
