I remember there being a version of this on Wallpaper Engine with a different music track on it, but with the same artwork. I can't find it anywhere on Wallpaper Engine tho.
Do you happen to know who the person was that created it or the name of the track on the original?

Sorry, but unfortunately, I can't give you an answer to that ... I've been using this wallpaper for years now (even before I had wallpaper engine - it's definitely one of my favourite artworks).
Additional to that, when I got the idea for this background, I did a quick search to make sure it didn't already exist. So when this background was created on April 2020, chances are high, that the one you mentioned was probably no longer available on wallpaper engine.
Hope u'll find the song in the future.
