Compatible:
RPGGrowth.
Manufacturer's Touch.
Other shield mods, don't wear more than 1 at a time.

Imcompatible:
Boss Loot Bags. (Generated shields are tier 1 only) :(

Lamia race appears to not generate a shield in their starter locker
