Zombine skins don't work.
All of the Zombine skins do not work. i tried all of your methods and they didn't work. The skins only worked one time.

Wait did you think you found the problem but it wasnt the problem so we dont know why the skins dont work?

all zombines (exept the torsos) are regular combine soldiers

You need Half Life 2: Episode 1 downloaded and mounted on GMOD
if you already do, then you have conflicting addons

I had the same thing and i found out that a "Half life 2 animation fix" mod was causing it, it worked again once i disabled it
