the zombies doesnt spawn with the changed models! they just all are the standart zombie model! how to fix?

when i spawn a zombie rebel or metrocop it only spawn a zombie refugee but with 70 health plx and the other zombines are not showing in the tab zombies enemy aliens plx fix this!!!
