I have indeed realized the problem of overlapped navigation. But the goal is not to create a easy survival map like Washington, PEI etc. If you see the description of the map, you'll see that everything is turned to make the game harder and harder to make the gameplay different than every map you can find. I know that there is a LOT of trees but trees are here to reduce the visibility, zombies have to be a lot to make a feeling of strees like : how can i move if zombies are everywhere ? how can i go to a locations with few good stuff ? The goal was to make a map where zombies can move everywhere and where when you shoot a bullet, zombies can follow you from the whole map. So i putted 4 navigations of one quarter which represent 1000 spawns of zombies. Moreover this is the particularity of my mapping, making maps with lot of details to put the game in a more "realistic" way. The mega zombies health in vanilla are around 3200 to 3600 HP so i double the health to make mega zombies more an obstacle than a boss to really kill, cause as you see the loot is not police or military. I also wanted to make hard loots tables to make you happy when you find a simple metal can (basically it's so hard to find a good loot that you're happy with what you thought was nothing on washington or an official map). Finally, this is a map that I produced in barely a week and a half, not in a month because i was hypped by the project so I gave myself thoroughly to make the hardest map i can do in small, without snow, with a big forest, the Walking Dead difficulty style. So if you check the descrpition of the map you'll probably learn why this map is so difficult, and yes I am an adept of hard survival map.
