Add an option for the immunizing hediff to self destroy after it destroys n hediffs.

If not already possible, perhaps add the option to suppress the death letter/message that pops up when using HediffCompProperties_RandySpawnUponDeath or other similar classes.

It would be useful to have the option to give a hediff to pawns spawned through HediffComp_Spawner, to do things like short-lived clones.
