If they are now considered as a weapon, will it be possible to craft it as a weapon and therefore have levels, Mk I, Mk 2 etc ... and therefore have an increase in stats as a result?

Other questions, I play a lot with Martial Arts, will there be a thin adapter with good stats for the Ouroboros?
