but I recommend at least adding a skin to make fetch's collar blue like it's supposed to be.

there isn't any actual pictures of it, it's just part of the description in the book,
and the official art for some reason has it in red instead of blue like the book says.

Maybe give fetch a tail bodygroup. i know this is a bug issues thing but im just wondering anyway. not forcing.

I probably won't do that since I don't like the tail on him, You could use RickFilms' Fetch port here:

I will try to add necks to them. but about the jaw? you can move the head a bit forward and use the jaw, I don't know how to fix it but that might be helpful, sorry for that
