Stats
Instead of a Cosmetic, it's a Melee weapon for the Scout.

Stats:
+Enemies are coated in Mad Milk upon hit (for a short time)
-20% slower firing speed

Pros:
+Melee damage increased by 100%

Cons:
-User can become unbalanced where a taunt animation
of scout gathering his footing will play
-70% Chance to become unbalanced after hit

Victim's heads will be pushed into their torso visible on
their ragdoll

+100% chance of critical hits with melee hits and projectile throws. (Includes flying guillotine)
+Thrown projectiles go 200% further
