here are some stats:
+ when hitting an enemy with a bullet: Get a speed boost that scales over the damage you dealt over the last second (makes you walk faster when spun-up WHILE dealing damage)
+ when spun up with 50% or less health left: 20% damage resistance
+ when spun up with 50% or less health left: 15% crit resistance (doesn't stack with damage resistance)
- 15% damage penalty
- No random crits
- 25% slower spin-up time.
