The "Stack trace" error message shouldn't make the game crash, but with DayZ who knows.
You can try to disable the throwing stone feature (the source of the error message) by setting the "Zombies_Throw_Stones_Activated" value to 0 in PvZmoD_CustomisableZombies_Globals.xml
but I can't guarantee it will solve your problem
