Hi,

So I was the playing with the mod, and I wanted to transfer some land that is currently under my occupation, and that I got from capitulating Manchukorea. I haven't yet annexed it, and the war is still going on between me and Oceania. (Manchukorea joined Oceania).

Do I have to wait all the way until the end of the war to which I can then give my allies the land?

Or is it simply not possible to transfer states in this mod?
