This is awesome!! I have an idea, maybe a 3 families pack or New Vegas gangs pack, basically what it implies adding the Omertas, Chairmen, and the White Gloves (Maybe Khans) kinda like the Call of Cthulu - Factions mod, just adding a few armors/ clothes and then just give em to some raider factions.

I like it, I'm currently working on an some Raider textures but thanks for the suggestion!
