Since both the imgur and pastebin links work fine for me, and therefore the model image should be available, then according to the previous threads it may have something to do with your anti-virus. Whether that's true or not is for you to find out unfortunately.
As for solutions, they suggest using the mod back-up found on nexusmods to try to download it yourself, or to ask a friend if they can share the file with you if they do not have the error. Both should circumvent the loading error.
