Where is the engram entry for the converter?

There's no point disabling the artifact engrams, when the pack engrams are inside the converter itself. How do we disable those package engrams inside the converter inventory?
Because without being able to remove the "Package" items inside the converter, disabling the artifact engrams means nothing.
